He holds an MBBS degree, is a member of the Bangladesh Civil Service (Health), and has earned both the MCPS and FCPS qualifications in ENT, demonstrating his exceptional competence in the field.

Dr. Islam has served as a Resident Surgeon in the Department of Nose, Ear, and Throat at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, Mymensingh, where he has been pivotal in providing advanced surgical care and treatment to patients.

Previously, he was associated with the National Nose, Ear, and Throat Institute in Tejgaon, Dhaka, gaining extensive experience in managing complex ENT cases and performing advanced surgeries.
