He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Dhaka University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Dhaka. Additionally, he has completed advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) from AIT, Thailand, and holds a Post-Graduate Certificate (PGC) in Physical Medicine, Sports, and Manual Therapy.

Currently serving as the Consultant and Divisional Head of Physiotherapy, Dr. Mustafa is known for his comprehensive approach to physical rehabilitation.
